Common questions
What counts as a site?
One site is one web origin — https://example.com and every page under it. A subdomain such as shop.example.com counts as a separate site. Your site limit is shared across your whole agency, and you can spread it over as many clients as you like: clients are unlimited on every plan.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades apply immediately, so a new client can be onboarded the day they sign. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
How do I cancel?
Cancel at any time — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. If your first charge was less than 14 days ago, you can ask for a full refund at hello@rampsight.com. The details are in our Refund Policy.
What does a scan actually cover?
Each scan crawls a site page by page and tests it with the axe-core engine against WCAG 2.1 AA criteria — catching failures like missing alt text, low contrast and unlabeled form fields, scored by severity. Automated testing finds many real problems fast, but it cannot detect every barrier: things like whether alt text is actually meaningful, or how a custom widget behaves with a screen reader, still need human review. Rampsight is a monitoring tool, not a certification.
