Accessibility Statement

Rampsight helps agencies make websites accessible, so our own site and product have to be. This statement says what we target, how we test it, what we know is not perfect yet, and how to reach us.

1. Scope

This statement covers everything we operate at rampsight.com: the marketing pages, the agency dashboard, the public reports and the hosted accessibility statements that agencies publish for their clients (including when they are served on an agency’s own domain). It does not cover the websites that agencies monitor with Rampsight — those belong to their owners.

2. Standard and conformance status

We aim for conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, which also covers the WCAG 2.1 AA level referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act.

To the best of our knowledge, rampsight.com conforms to WCAG 2.2 AA except for the limitations listed below. We have not commissioned an independent audit; the status is based on our own testing described in the next section, and we would rather list what we know than claim a certified result.

3. How we test

  • Every page of the site, the dashboard, the public reports and the hosted statements is tested with our own scanner (the axe-core engine, WCAG 2.2 A and AA rules) in light and dark themes and in each of the four dashboard languages. At the date of this statement it detects no violations.
  • We check by hand what automated tools cannot: keyboard operation and focus order (including dialogs and menus), visible focus, form labels and error messages, live announcements, language declarations, and colour contrast of elements the tools cannot measure.
  • Accessibility is a condition of every change we ship: a page that fails our scanner does not go live.

4. Known limitations

  • PDF exports of reports are generated from the HTML report and are not tagged PDFs, so their reading order and structure are not exposed to assistive technology. The HTML report is the accessible version and carries the same content.
  • Decorative elements such as the digits inside the grade ring and the hatched underline on the home page cannot be measured by automated contrast tools; they were checked visually. If either is hard to read for you, please tell us.
  • Websites scanned by our customers and the third parties we link to (for example the axe rule documentation) are outside our control.

5. Feedback and contact

If you find a barrier on rampsight.com, email hello@rampsight.com with the page and what happened. A person reads it and we answer within 5 working days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the enforcement body for digital accessibility in your country.

6. About this statement

This statement was prepared on September 3, 2026 and is reviewed whenever the product changes materially. Our Terms of Service explain that Rampsight is a monitoring tool and not a certification of the websites it scans.
