Refund Policy
The short version: try Rampsight free first, get a full refund within 14 days of your first charge if it is not for you, and cancel anytime with access until the end of what you paid for.
1. Try it free before you pay
Every agency starts on a free trial — monitor up to 5 sites, run real scans, and send real reports without entering a card. We would rather you evaluate Rampsight properly before paying anything. Plans and prices are on the pricing page.
2. 14-day money-back on your first charge
If you subscribe and Rampsight is not what you expected, email hello@rampsight.com within 14 days of your first charge and we will refund it in full — no forms, no negotiation. This applies to the first charge of your first subscription; renewal charges are covered by cancellation below.
3. Cancelling
You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- you keep full access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for;
- you are not charged again;
- outside the 14-day window above, we do not offer pro-rata refunds for the unused part of a billing cycle.
4. How refunds are processed
Payments for Rampsight are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record, so approved refunds are issued by Paddle to your original payment method. They typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Your statutory rights
